UNCANNY X-FORCE #19 - A BOLD NEW ERA BEGINS FOR MARVEL'S BEST ONGOING SERIES WITH THIS WEEK'S UNCANNY X-FORCE #19 AS THE AFTERMATH OF THE DARK ANGEL SAGA IS EXPLORED, A NEW MEMBER JOINS, AND MORE!
NEW READERS, JUMP ON HERE!
UNCANNY X-FORCE has been impressing the hell out of us for nearly a year straight, and it's showing no sign of slowing down, as we're getting ready to kick off the next insanely epic story arc of what has quickly become known as Marvel's best ongoing series.

And, folks, if you thought the DARK ANGEL SAGA was something else, then wait til you see what Remender has in store for you with his next huge story arc.

This issue serves as a great jumping on point for anyone who hasn't yet started reading the awesomeness that is UNCANNY X-FORCE, and sets you up perfectly for everything that's to come with the next arc. It also deals with the aftermath of the epic DARK ANGEL SAGA, as we're shown a member lost, a member gained, and an Avenger discovering the secrets of X-Force.

Remender has been bringing top notch storytelling to this series in a big way, and the one thing that has really stood out about the book has been the roster of incredible artistic talents that have helped bring Remender's vision of a breakneck-paced, slick, and modern X-Title to life.

With this week's UNCANNY X-FORCE #19, a brand new artist debuts with Robbi Rodriguez coming on board, and folks: this guy can DRAW. Holy crap, you are going to flip out when you see what he brings to the book. I love how UNCANNY X-FORCE has been quickly building this strong reputation as the kind of trend-setting title within Marvel, delivering some of the most cutting edge artists in the biz, and showing us some brand new styles within the Marvel U.

We could rave and rave about how great UNCANNY X-FORCE has been, but let me just say this: if you were going to pick up just ONE Marvel title a month, it needs to be this book. That's how great it is.

Do not miss out on one of comic's greatest runs of the 21st century, folks, jump aboard UNCANNY X-FORCE with this Wednesday's #19.

For those of you who'd like to backtrack further, we do have the first trade paperback collecting the APOCALYPSE SOLUTION arc in stock, as well as the DARK ANGEL SAGA hardcover, and both of those are a great start to getting caught up. Or you can jump on with DARK ANGEL SAGA pt 1 in the UNCANNY X-FORCE #11, and catch up from there.

JUSTICE LEAGUE #4 DELIVERS THE FOURTH BLOCKBUSTER ISSUE OF THE DC NEW 52'S FLAGSHIP TITLE
Man, it's a stacked week for killer new books. Loads of good stuff coming out of Marvel, Image, IDW, and of course, DC. DC delivers two of their biggest NEW 52s this week with JUSTICE LEAGUE #4 and BATMAN #4. We're pretty stoked about both of these, and cannot wait to see what comes next after the kick-ass conclusion of JUSTICE LEAGUE #3.

For those of you not following JUSTICE LEAGUE, this is THE book to read in the DC NEW 52. This flagship title, written and illustrated by an all-star creative team of GEOFF JOHNS (GREEN LANTERN, AQUAMAN, BLACKEST NIGHT, BRIGHTEST DAY) and JIM LEE (X-MEN, co-founder of IMAGE COMICS, BATMAN: HUSH and more), lays the foundations of the DC NEW 52, and builds the history of it while still staying relevant, modern, and cutting edge.

This initial first story arc is a YEAR ONE-style approach, set 5-10 years in the past of the current DC UNIVERSE, it shows us the first meetings of BATMAN and GREEN LANTERN, SUPERMAN and FLASH, and many others, as the JUSTICE LEAGUE first forms.

One of my own personal favorite moments in this one was the introduction of WONDER WOMAN in last month's #3, and how she hadn't fully adjusted to a world that is in no way, shape or form, prepared for superheroes.

Incredible writing and artwork makes this one a must-read, and we know many of you are already eagerly awaiting the next issue, and folks: trust us, we are too.

If you were to hop aboard one book that pretty much laid out the groundworks of the NEW 52, and helped set the foundation of everything, JUSTICE LEAGUE is the one.

Missed issues 1-3? We've got copies of each in stock to catch you up this week with JUSTICE LEAGUE #4's arrival.

MEMORIAL #1 FROM IDW PUBLISHING DEBUTS THIS WEDNESDAY DELIVERING A MUST-READ MODERN FANTASY SERIES FOR FANS OF NEIL GAIMAN'S SANDMAN & OTHER WORKS AS WELL AS FANS OF LOCKE & KEY
Holy crap! This one looks AWESOME. You know how you just get that click when you see a book, and it just looks plain amazing? That's how I felt after taking a peek at the cover of MEMORIAL, and even moreso after glancing some advance preview pages of the book.
I mean, this is probably the biggest IDW release I've seen since the debut of LOCKE & KEY, and I'm telling you right now, Third Eye Faithful: DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS. Just like LOCKE & KEY, this series looks to be delivering a layered, fully realized world and story that will continue to deliver for many issues to come, and just like LOCKE & KEY, we feel that issue #1 of MEMORIAL may have been under-ordered by many, and end up as a pretty sought after book.
Why? 'Cause dude: it's awesome. And, awesome books like this do not come around every day.
What is MEMORIAL? Written by NY TIMES best-selling author Chris Roberson, and illustrated by the very talented Rich Ellis, Memorial is a brand new ongoing series that tells the story of Em. Em is a young woman who arrives at a hospital in Portland, Oregon with no memory of her past. A year later, she has rebuilt her life, only to find her existence thrown into turmoil after she inherits a magical shop. The kind that appears in an alley one instance and disappears the next. Em is drawn into a supernatural conflict between beings that not only represent, but are, fundamental elements of the universe itself. All of existence is at stake, so there's only a little pressure on Em, the magical shop, and a talking cat.
The first issue of this one has impressed us immensely, and we feel that it's going to end up being one of the most promising new series of 2012. It's not often that modern fantasy like this comes along in the realm of comics, but when it does, it really takes everyone by storm.
Make sure you snag a copy of this exciting new gem this Wednesday at Third Eye.

TRANSFORMERS: DEATH OF OPTIMUS PRIME BEGINS A BOLD NEW DIRECTION FOR EVERYONE'S FAVORITE ROBOTS IN DISGUISE AS THE ORIGINAL TRANSFORMERS RETURN TO GLORY IN A NEW ONGOING SERIES!
The '80s and '90s nostalgia wave has been delivering some kick-ass new series in the last year or so, with IDW bringing back the TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES in a major way, DYNAMITE reviving VOLTRON, and now, IDW bringing back one of the biggest of 'em all: the original GENERATION 1-era TRANSFORMERS!
This one-shot, the DEATH OF OPTIMUS PRIME, is the perfect place to jump aboard the new TRANSFORMERS stuff this Wednesday, as it sets up a MAJOR storyline for the TRANSFORMERS, and is the official prologue to the brand new ONGOING Transformers series from IDW.
After cataclysmic events, one question is now asked: Where is Optimus Prime? Has he decided to fall on his own sword, or will he return? Now, Optimus sits in contemplation, in a place where he does not recognize as home. And, with the cost of battle finally taking it's brutal toll, are these the last days of OPTIMUS PRIME?
I don't think it's any secret how this one is going to turn out, and with one of the most memorable icons in any '80s or '90s kid's history getting put to rest... you know this one is a must-read.
IDW has put together an outstanding creative team for the new TRANSFORMERS stuff, bringing a modern, darker edge to the world of the Autobots and Decepticons, and we cannot wait to see where things are headed.
Start this Wednesday with TRANSFORMERS: THE DEATH OF OPTIMUS PRIME ONE-SHOT.

INCREDIBLE HULK #3 - ONE OF THE MOST EXCITING MARVEL DEBUTS OF 2011 CONTINUES THIS WEDNESDAY WITH INCREDIBLE HULK #3
We have been so freakin' impressed by the brand new INCREDIBLE HULK series that it's not even funny. They've really done a great job of putting together a fresh take on the character, while still keeping what everyone really loves about the Hulk: giant monsters, and crazy action-packed fights.
Seriously though, Jason Aaron's fresh new angle of having Hulk and Banner as two separate entities with Banner obsessing over how to recreate the Hulk within himself, the Hulk living among the Moleoids and trying to .. well, as always, just be left alone.. is AWESOME.
We love the crazy gamma-irradiated monsters that Banner is cooking up, and are stoked this week to see Banner's mutant freaks, the Boar Brothers, going head to head with the Hulk, as Banner, in true mad scientist fashion, unveils his crazy new army of mutated monstrosities.
Throw in the introduction of the just plain cool Amanda Von Doom and her league of Mad Scientist Hunters, and you're in for a good read.
Oh, and did we mention that MARC SILVESTRI, the legendary TOP COW and IMAGE COMICS co-founder, is handling art chores on this one? Oh yeah, he totally is, and it totally makes this book even more of a must-read.
Even if you haven't read anything from the Hulk in years, this brand new ongoing series is a GREAT jumping on point, that's easy to get into, and will pull you in with the quality approach that superstar creators Aaron and Silvestri are bringing.
Missed 1 & 2? We've got copies in stock to catch you up.

BATMAN #4 - SCOTT SNYDER & GREG CAPULLO'S INCREDIBLE FLAGSHIP BATMAN TITLE CONTINUES IT'S INITIAL STORY ARC, AND CONTINUES TO PROVE WHY IT'S THE BEST BATMAN BOOK WE'VE READ IN AGES.
FROM THE WRITER OF BATMAN: THE BLACK MIRROR!
Man, not only does JUSTICE LEAGUE hit this week, but so does the fourth issue of one of our biggest DC NEW 52 favorites: BATMAN. Scott Snyder, writer of BATMAN THE BLACK MIRROR and AMERICAN VAMPIRE, pairs up with the legendary GREG CAPULLO (SPAWN) to deliver what has quickly become THE Batman book to read in the DC NEW 52.
Set in the present-day Gotham City, BATMAN explores a vast conspiracy of an illuminati known as the Court of Owls that has been corrupting Gotham City since before the Wayne family had even begun to establish itself as prominent figures in Gotham.
And, now, they want one thing: the Death of Bruce Wayne.
It's fascinating to watch how effortlessly Snyder tells a BATMAN story that is new reader friendly, but at the same time, builds off ideas he's already laid out a bit before in his runs on BLACK MIRROR, and BATMAN GATES OF GOTHAM.
And, don't even get us started on Capullo's fantastic artwork. Capullo's style is unique, and it really brings a fantastic blend of the detail and energy that Jim Lee did with BATMAN in HUSH with the smooth, stylized feel of Bruce Timm's BATMAN THE ANIMATED SERIES. It's a perfect fit to the story that Snyder is telling here.
Missed 1-3? We've got copies of each in stock to catch you up.

ACTIVITY #1 DEBUTS FROM IMAGE COMICS THIS WEDNESDAY FROM THE CRITICALLY-ACCLAIMED WRITER OF "WHO IS JAKE ELLIS?" and "GRIFTER" - A KILLER NEW MILITARY ESPIONAGE SERIES THAT TAKES NO PRISONERS!
We're huge fans of the work that Nathan Edmondson has done on stuff like WHO IS JAKE ELLIS? and his recent run of the DC NEW 52's GRIFTER, so we were pretty stoked to see him returning to do another killer IMAGE series with ACTIVITY #1 this Wednesday.
In ACTIVITY, the evolution of global warfare necessitates the evolution of special forces to rise and meet the call. The U.S Army has therefore looked to its last secret special operations tribe, the INTELLIGENCE SUPPORT ACTIVITY, or better known as GRAY FOX. Within Gray Fox is a team of elite men and women whose mission is flexible, whose technology is bleeding edge, and whose execution is precise and lethal. They are Team Omaha and they serve THE ACTIVITY.
A cutting-edge new military espionage series from someone who's already proven themselves as very capable of writing in that genre, we feel that ACTIVITY is a must for anyone who's a fan of a) good comics, b) video games like METAL GEAR SOLID, or c) fans of the TV show 24. Or, heck, all 3. Either way, it looks kick-ass, and you should definitely try it this Wednesday.

GHOSTBUSTERS #4 - THE NEW ONGOING GHOSTBUSTERS SERIES CONTINUES TO KICK ASS AS GOZER RETURNS FOR ROUND TWO.
Not just content to kick ass with the Turtles and Transformers, IDW has also been kicking out the jams in a big way on their new ongoing GHOSTBUSTERS series, which we've been really digging, as it recaptures the humor and awesomeness of the classic stuff perfectly.
In this week's #4, the time has come, and Gozer's energies are coalescing around Manhattan, waiting to reform, and Ray has been captured in an attempt by the forces of darkness to modify the Destructor's form. Is it the end of the world again, or can Ray keep it together until help arrives?
Just like the other licensed books IDW has been doing such a great job with, GHOSTBUSTERS is fantastic, and we're totally digging it.
Missed issues 1-3? We've got copies of each in stock to catch you up to this week's #4.

WOLVERINE AND THE X-MEN #3 - THE FLAGSHIP GOLD TEAM TITLE CONTINUES TO IMPRESS AS ONE OF THE BEST NEW X-MEN BOOKS WE'VE READ SINCE THE DEBUT OF UNCANNY X-FORCE
X-MEN REGENESIS has been a great relaunching of the different X-TITLES,  and the one that has impressed us the most has been WOLVERINE AND THE X-MEN. Between his work on the new INCREDIBLE HULK, SCALPED, and now this, Jason Aaron is really putting out some of the best work of his career right now. He and Chris Bachalo have come together to really put out a fresh, fun new X-Title that brings back the same kind of energy and excitement we got from reading the X-Men books back 10 or 15 years ago.
The identity of this title is the flagship of the GOLD TEAM books, which is basically the more traditional X-MEN ideals, whereas BLUE TEAM and CYCLOPS are much more of the "MAGNETO" school of thought. In WOLVERINE AND THE X-MEN, Wolverine has renamed the Xavier Institute to the Jean Grey Institute of Higher Learning, and is returning it to it's roots as an actual school to teach young mutants how to become X-Men... and I know what you may be thinking: Wolverine as a teacher? But, dude, it works so freakin' perfectly. And, if you think about it, Wolverine has always been cast in a role of mentor or teacher in past stories, like with his pairings with Jubilee, Nightcrawler, and others. It seems to be a part of his nature, and as someone as old as Logan.. it makes sense they'd have some real wisdom to pass on.
The book has a nice sense of humor to it, as Aaron throws in some fun characters like the Toad as the school's janitor, and Kid Gladiator, a new student... whose dad is.. well, you guessed it.. THAT Gladiator.
Throw in a new Hellfire Club, and Kid Omega.. and you're in for some pure, and total awesomeness.
Missed WOLVERINE AND THE X-MEN #1 & #2? We've got copies of both in stock to catch you up.

GRANT MORRISON WRAPS UP HIS BATMAN INCORPORATED CONCEPT WITH THE KICK-ASS BATMAN INCORPORATED LEVIATHAN STRIKES ONE-SHOT THIS WEDNESDAY
The long-awaited finale of Morrison's BATMAN INCORPORATED hits this Wednesday in the pages of this oversized one-shot, BATMAN INCORPORATED: LEVIATHAN STRIKES!
As big fans of Morrison's work, especially his now classic runs of BATMAN AND ROBIN, RETURN OF BRUCE WAYNE, and obviously, BATMAN INC, we're pretty stoked for this one. Throw in the fact that it's got both Chris Burnham and Cameron Stewart handling the art chores, both of whom are kick-ass artists, and we're in for a real treat.
In this sensational, giant-sized one-shot, Batman realizes to his horror that he's been outwitted as the true identity of Leviathan continues to elude him. Who is Leviathan? How does it relate to the mystery that is surrounding Gotham City, and eating it from the inside out? All is answered within this one-shot!

STUFF OF LEGEND: THE JESTER'S TALE #3 ARRIVES THIS WEDNESDAY DELIVERING ANOTHER FANTASTIC ISSUE OF ONE OF OUR FAVORITE MODERN FANTASY COMICS ON THE STANDS
It's no secret that we're huge fans of TH3RD WORLD STUDIOS, and many of the incredible books they put out (Third Eye Tip: keep your eyes peeled in 2012 for their new series FINDING GOSSAMYR..it's gonna rule), and STUFF OF LEGEND still continues to impress us with each new installment that arrives.

This Wednesday, the third issue of STUFF OF LEGEND: THE JESTER'S TALE arrives, and we are so totally stoked to see where things are heading next in this epic modern fantasy that reads like a Guillermo del Toro directing a mash-up of TOY STORY and SAVING PRIVATE RYAN.

In THE JESTER'S TALE, we're shown the story of one of the most enigmatic characters in the STUFF OF LEGEND cast, the JESTER. Together with his new allies, the Jester is heading into the heart of enemy territory to rescue his true love... the kidnapped Princess... but, nothing can prepare the Jester for what awaits him next.

What is STUFF OF LEGEND? If you haven't read the series, we recommend going back and snagging the first trade paperback (both volumes 1 and 2 available now at Third Eye), which starts everything off. Basically, STUFF OF LEGEND is the story of a young boy who is kidnapped by the Boogeyman while his father is fighting in WWII. The boy's loyal army of toys comes to life, crosses over into the Boogeyman's realm, and begins a rescue mission to save their master.

Along the way, they'll encounter the Boogeyman's army of lost and forgotten toys, and from there.. things get very interesting. When crossing over into the Boogeyman's realm, the toys become real versions of themselves, and folks, it's a sight to behold.

The artwork in this one is INCREDIBLE, as artist CP Wilson III delivers a beautiful, surreal storybook look at a world where toys come to life, and battles are waged against the backdrops of their adventures. The sepia tone coloring on the book helps immerse the reader even more into the fantastic story that's being told here, and we really cannot get enough.

If you're not reading STUFF OF LEGEND yet, we highly recommend hopping aboard with the first trade paperback.

THE LAST BATTLE ONE-SHOT FROM IMAGE COMICS BRINGS A GRITTY STORY OF WAR AND HORROR SET AGAINST THE BACKDROP OF CAESAR'S ANCIENT ROME
Featuring the incredible art of DAN BRERETON
Another killer new release from IMAGE COMICS this Wednesday is this incredible looking one-shot from Third Eye Favorite, DAN BRERETON. THE LAST BATTLE is a blood-drenched one-shot packed to the brims with ultra-violence, and gorgeous painted art that wipe the sheen of Hollywood's Rome away in favor of this gritty, unflinching tale of an unsung commander in Caesar's Legions.
In 52 BCE Gaul, Caesar's forces lay siege to the barbarian stronghold of Alesia in one of the biggest battles in history; nearby, another barbarian army prepares to attack the Romans from behind, led by the rebel Cammius, who once fought for Rome.
Caesar dispatches his greatest general, Caius Rodius, to track through the untamed countryside, and bring back the rebel's head. Who better to hunt Cammius, than the man who taught him the very skills he now uses to defy Rome?
Torn between duty and friendship, Rodius questions whether the Roman 'road of stone and blood' is a path he still wants to follow.
An INCREDIBLE read, this bloody one-shot is a gorgeous looking little book that packs in a ton of story, and some gorgeous artwork to make for one hell of a read.
Make sure you snag a copy this Wednesday.

FANTASTIC FOUR #601 *FOREVER CHAPTER 2*- THE AWESOMENESS THAT BEGAN IN FANTASTIC FOUR #600 CONTINUES AS JONATHAN HICKMAN CONTINUES TO IMPROVE WHY THIS IS ONE OF MARVEL'S BEST SERIES RUNNING
DUDE! Fantastic Four #600 may get my award for BEST Marvel single issue of 2011. It was THAT good. Seriously, it's rare that you see a book that's 100+ pages packed with that much awesome, but, the entire thing was INCREDIBLE.
We were first apprehensive when we saw they were bringing back the Human Torch, but... we're so stoked they did. Seriously, the death and return of Human Torch has strengthen that character so much, and has turned Johnny Storm into one of the most exciting characters in the FF canon now, we're so pumped to see what comes next.
After the shocking revelations in #600, where we were shown a menacing image of Johnny Storm with some Annihilus-bug-like thing on one arm, and then the other holding a chain leash with Annihilus on it... and then, from there, learning just what happened to Johnny Storm during his year in the Negative Zone, we are so pumped to see where things go now.
A must-read from start to finish, Hickman has been proving for some time now that Fantastic Four is one of Marvel's best titles, and we're still impressed by the amount of awesomeness he delivers with each and every issue.
Missed FANTASTIC FOUR #600? We've got copies in stock to catch you up to this week's FANTASTIC FOUR #601.

RED HOOD AND THE OUTLAWS #4 HITS THIS WEDNESDAY CONTINUING ONE OF THE DC NEW 52'S EDGIEST NEW SERIES
There's no denying that the Red Hood is one of the most popular characters in the DCU, and there's good reason why: he's badass. Seriously, you take one of the most reviled Robins of all time, bash his brains out with a crowbar, resurrect him as a new take on the ideals his former mentor set out.. but one step further, and you're in for an awesome new character.
This NEW 52 title features the adventures of RED HOOD, and his two partners, Starfire and Arsenal, as they deal out a lethal brand of justice across the DCU. Kenneth Rocafort shines in a major way on this book, as he serves up some of the raddest looking art we're seeing out of the NEW 52.

THE HIGHLY ANTICIPATED THIRD ISSUE OF LADY MECHANIKA ARRIVES THIS WEDNESDAY WITH LADY MECHANIKA #3 - THIS INCREDIBLE LOOKING STEAMPUNK MASTERPIECE CONTINUES!
Lady Mechanika has proven to be a real runaway success for ASPEN COMICS, and with each issue of this incredible series looking totally and completely incredible, we get stoked every time we see a brand new issue.
As a shining example of how well the Steampunk genre can be done in the world of comics, LADY MECHANIKA tells the story of a young woman who wakes up one day to find her limbs replaced by mechanical ones, and with no memory of who she is or what happened to her, except for brief glimpses into her past. It turns out, that she was the victim of a JACK THE RIPPER-style murderer, and now, she works as a detective solving similar murders and crimes.
The artwork, and style of this one is incredible, and whenever we get these in, they fly out of the store, due to the incredible artwork, and storytelling of the series.
Wanna get started? We've got copies of the LADY MECHANIKA one-shot that collects the early issues to get you caught up to this week's #3.

The Pack is a true blast, as it delivers an ultra-bloody, cleverly written horror story that reads like a mash-up of '80s coming-of-age movies like THE BREAKFAST CLUB, and unrelenting werewolf horror classics like THE HOWLING or AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON.
A must-read, we totally dug the first one, and we know many of you were lucky enough to meet Mike at his PACK #1 release party back in October, so we know you're all pretty stoked to check this one out too.

AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #676 MARKS THE RETURN OF THE SINISTER SIX AND FAN-FAVORITE SPIDER-MAN ARTIST HUMBERTO RAMOS AS THE BEST RUN OF AMAZING SPIDER-MAN CONTINUES TO GET EVEN BETTER
Amazing Spider-man has been getting a lotta love from Third Eye for the last year or so, and trust us, folks: it's very much well-deserved. Writer Dan Slott took over as the regular writer on the series with issue #648, and ever since, the book has been continuing to climb it's way up the ladder of awesome Marvel titles coming out. It's accessible, easy to jump into, and most importantly: it FEELS like a SPIDER-MAN comic.
It's been a long time since we've enjoyed Spidey this much, and it's all due in part to Slott's incredible storytelling, and the fantastic roster of artists involved like CASELLI and RAMOS.
And, with this Wednesday's issue #676, two very important things go down: THE SINISTER SIX finally returns, and alongside them: Third Eye favorite HUMBERTO RAMOS returns to art chores.
Now, we get to find out what everyone's favorite Rogues Gallery has been up to while New York was spidered out during SPIDER ISLAND. And, all of this is leading up to Doc Ock's master plan that will literally take Spider-man to the ENDS OF THE EARTH.
A must-read, Third Eye Faithful, if you're not yet reading Slott's SPIDEY, jump on board with this week's AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #676.

NIGHTWING #4 CONTINUES THE KILLER NEW NIGHTWING SERIES THAT'S BEEN ROCKIN' THE DC NEW 52
The new NIGHTWING series has been a fantastic addition to the DC NEW 52's line-up, and this week's #4 is looking to be a great fourth issue in the run. First of all, we're loving Kyle Higgins's approach to writing Nightwing. He's got a great handle on the character, and we haven't had this much fun reading Grayson's adventures since the Chuck Dixon / Scott McDaniel days of NIGHTWING.
Secondly, the artwork in this one is INCREDIBLE, with Trevor McCarthy bringing the Batgirl / Nightwing team-up to life in a big way. We really dug the interior art on this, and some of you may remember McCarthy's incredible cover work on GATES OF GOTHAM.
Another NEW 52 we're pumped for, if you're not reading NIGHTWING, hop aboard this week. We've got issues 1-3 in stock to get you caught up.

ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN #5 HITS THIS WEDNESDAY CONTINUING THE BEST ULTIMATE BOOK WE'VE READ IN AGES, AS THE ORIGINS AND POWERS OF MILES MORALES ARE EXPLORED FURTHER
We're huge fans of what Bendis and Pichelli have been doing on the brand new ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN series that launched this past Summer. The writing has been top notch, and in our opinions, is probably the strongest stuff Bendis has done since his early ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN stuff. Factor in the amazing artwork of Sara Pichelli, and you've got yourself one hell of an awesome read.
In the wake of Peter Parker's death, a new Spider-Man stepped up, and ever since, we've been stoked to follow the adventures of Miles Morales, and watch as a brand new Spider-Man origin and story unfolds before our eyes.
Each issue of the series has been incredible, and the book just gets better, and better as it continues on.
Missed issues 1-4? We've got copies of each in stock to catch you up to this week's #5.

DAREDEVIL #7- A PERFECT JUMPING ON POINT FOR WHAT HAS BEEN ONE OF OUR FAVORITE NEW MARVEL SERIES OF 2011! CHECK IT OUT THIS WEDNESDAY! FROM IRREDEEMABLE WRITER MARK WAID!
Third Eye Faithful, I know I've been preaching the awesomeness that is the new DAREDEVIL ongoing series for a while now, but you GOTTA get on board with this one. It's freakin' GREAT. Just like I've been ranting and raving on here with nearly every issue of UNCANNY X-FORCE that's hit, I'm finding myself doing the same thing with DAREDEVIL.. 'cause it's THAT good.
Mark Waid brings a fresh new element to the character, takes a step back from the super grim approach that's been familiar to Daredevil for the last decade or so, and takes things in a more swashbuckling, and slightly light-hearted direction. But, the real stars of the show here? Artists Marcos Martin and Paolo Rivera... these guys are knocking it out of the park with each and every issue, providing a sleek, stylized look for the MAN WITHOUT FEAR that keeps us coming back again, and again.
Folks, don't miss out on one of the most quality books on the stands. While this week's issue #7 is a PERFECT jumping on point, and makes a great entry point for anyone who isn't yet reading the series, we do have the entire run of the series so far going back to issue #1 for those of you who want to start at the beginning. But, just like X-Force, those early issues are starting to get snapped up more and more as people get more and more hooked on the new DD stuff, so we highly recommend coming through and getting caught up this week.
Missed 1-6? We've got copies of each in stock to catch you up.

WALKING DEAD & INVINCIBLE writer ROBERT KIRKMAN pairs up with DEADPOOL creator ROB LIEFELD on THE INFINITE, NOW AVAILABLE THIS WEDNESDAY IN TRADE PAPERBACK FOR ONLY $9.99
You guys know us well enough by now to know we're HUGE fans of ROBERT KIRKMAN, writer of WALKING DEAD, INVINCIBLE, HAUNT, and more, right?
So, in that case, then you know we're pretty stoked to tell you guys that he's got a brand new trade paperback hitting this Wednesday with THE INFINITE volume 1. For only $10, this trade collects the initial first story arc of Kirkman and Liefeld's bigger-than-life sci-fi action story.
Freedom fighter, Bowen, has lost everything in the war against THE INFINITE. His only hope? Travel back in time to prevent their world domination before it starts.
Bowen can't do this alone, he must turn to the only ally he knows he can trust: HIMSELF. Now a man in his 40s, damaged by the horrors of war, must team-up with his younger, reckless and optimistic 20 year-old self in order to save the future.
If you're a Kirkman fan, then you've already put this one on your wish list.

LEGION OF MONSTERS #3 FROM LOVESTRUCK WRITER DENNIS HOPELESS CONTINUES ONE OF OUR FAVORITE BREAKOUT HIT LIMITED SERIES THIS WEDNESDAY
LEGION OF MONSTERS is a freakin' awesome read, and we totally love the approach that Dennis Hopeless and Juan Doe are taking to the book, with the strong NEXTWAVE feel it has going for it.
The artwork of Doe on this is incredible, and brings a unique style to the characters that really leaps off the page at you, and the actual plot and storytelling from Hopeless makes this one a blast, as it's loaded with tons of ridiculous monsters, and crazy over-the-top Marvel baddies.
And of course, the always awesome Ilsa Bloodstone!
We've been really digging this one, and if you were a big fan of stuff like NEXTWAVE or Rick Remender's FRANKENCASTLE, you need to get on this and check it out.
Missed 1 & 2? We've got copies in stock to catch you up.

TRISH: WALKING DEAD #92 - A new Governor in the making?
TORMA: UNCANNY X-FORCE #18 - Remender does everything right with this book, and the conclusion to the DARK ANGEL SAGA is another great example of that. So good.
