ROCKET RACCOON GETS HIS OWN SERIES BY SUPERSTAR ARTIST SKOTTIE YOUNG WITH ROCKET RACCOON #1 THIS WEDNESDAY!
Oh man, here's one we've all been waiting a while for, and now that it's finally here -- we are beyond stoked!
The star of the upcoming GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY movie gets his own ongoing series from the insanely talented SKOTTIE YOUNG (Marvel's OZ series, as well as their insanely popular Baby variant covers), and folks: it's so freakin' cool, we can't even begin to put into words.
Seriously: Young catches the mood and fun of the ultra-violent space Raccoon perfectly, and Deadpool better watch out -- he's gonna have some serious competition from Rocket.
Set in current continuity with the regular GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY series, this new reader-friendly launch showcases the one and only ROCKET RACCOON.
As defenders of the cosmos go, Rocket has faced his fair share of galactic battles. He's been a hero to the weak, a champion of the good, a protector of the innocent, a heartthrob to the many intergalactic female species he's encountered, and now -- a raccoon on the run?!
OK, sorry, he's not a raccoon -- we get it, but seriously: Rocket's high-flying life of adventure and heroism may soon be a thing of the past when he becomes a wanted man -- and the authorities are not the only one on his tail!
Skottie Young brings his A game on a series we've been waiting decades for, and folks, you're not going to want to miss this one, as it's going to be the #1 title everyone's picking up after they see just how awesome the Guardians movie is.
Get it this Wednesday at Third Eye!
